These words are the watershed for the entire vision of what Montserrat Messeguer is: its designs, products, campaigns, stores, and even its team. The latter is made up mostly of bold and sincere women, hard workers who give everything they have and their abilities to make this brand grow. With such joyful spirits, they do so in a collaborative way, always united and with a positive attitude as they face something new in the business every day. For me, starting my own brand has been a source of great satisfaction, but it has also been a testament to how far we still have to go to be taken seriously in the business world as women. Sometimes, standing side by side with the industrialists who manufacture our products hasn't been easy and has been fraught with questions and sexist biases. However, I feel proud to be able to do this: even if it's a little or a lot, it's something my grandmothers couldn't have even imagined. I'm also proud to be able to be a safe place for them, my almost 100% female team. They are one of my three pillars, along with my family and friends. I thank them for spending their days here and dedicating their talents to MM.

I studied Fashion Design at the Universidad de Insurgentes, and my love and passion for fashion only grows. By collaborating with Montserrat Messeguer, I understand the entire process that goes into launching a product, and once outside, I get to see the impact it has, how they make it part of their daily lives, how customers can wear boots, a jacket, or jeans with a special touch that makes them so unique. This and more has been achieved by a woman who dedicates her time to entrepreneurship and designing such versatile and comfortable products.

For me, working with Montserrat Messeguer, a woman who inspires me as a director and designer, is motivating. The energy she transmits motivates us to achieve professional and personal goals. She is a brave and strong woman, from whom I have learned many things: perseverance, optimism, and above all, a passion for fashion .

I collaborate with Montserrat Messeguer as a manager at the Flagship Store at Durango 208. My mission is to manage and organize the store for smooth operation, meet sales goals, train and motivate the team, comply with visual merchandising standards, and report on purchasing trends and customer needs. Our priority is improving customer satisfaction. My experience has been pleasant. I've known the brand since its inception, and I'm thrilled to see how it's evolving. Seeing its growth makes me so happy, and above all, the fact that it's run by a woman fills me with pride.

I'm a Junior Designer at Montserrat Messeguer. I studied Fashion Design and am about to complete two years with MM. Within my role, some of my responsibilities include creating collections, developing samples, and developing new products based on trends and client needs.

Working with the MM team, which is predominantly made up of women, is like a warm and comforting hug. It's a constant learning experience, both professionally and personally, and you feel supported even in your vulnerability and fear. It's unity, it's strength, it's friends.

For me, fashion is a way of coexisting, one that weaves together the possibility of exploring individuality at different times and with different languages ​​into a social environment.

I'm a Junior Buyer at Montserrat Messeguer. I studied apparel and fashion design and graduated from university a year and a half ago. I've been working at MM for a year now. What I love most about working at MM, and the fact that it's a predominantly female space, is that we've created a safe place to be vulnerable—a place to laugh, to cry, to make friends. I love that I can always learn from women I admire personally and professionally because they're super talented, capable, and intelligent.

I've always loved fashion because it inspires me. I love lifting and adjusting my mood and creating many possibilities with clothes or an outfit. Before doing what I do, I was a buyer at Walmart, and I realized, during March 8th, that only 13% of women hold management positions in companies. So when I worked there, I learned the know-how of how to create structures that make companies sustainable in the long term and that allow them to scale. When I started my own business, I wanted to pass this knowledge on to women.

My company consists of consulting for fashion companies to structure long-term businesses, both financially and commercially. I love that fashion, the industry I work in, is primarily led by women, and I like that my job is to share that experience with them so that there is an increasing number of high-level leaders with women. And I believe that Montserrat Messeguer is a prime example of women leaders in the industry, and she inspires me and gives me confidence that we are evolving toward that future.

The part I love most about my job in sales and customer service is connecting with people, getting to know them, helping them with their needs, and being able to solve them. So, coming to Montserrat Messeguer and being in the sales area is a super cool connection with different people from all over the world. I love having come to Montserrat Messeguer because of the team, almost full of women with such distinct, iconic styles, where they can help me develop a little bit more. I love that with them, I can feel safe, be myself, and not feel judged. I can feel like I can express everything I like, what happens to me, and get feedback from them. I'm incredibly grateful that they're here as my colleagues.

My path in fashion has always been about fighting stereotypes and narrow-mindedness. I studied Industrial Design because I didn't have access to a career in fashion where I grew up. I knew I wanted to be a communicator in the fashion industry. Many people believe that having a creative career is about making drawings and using colors, "kids' things." Making this my career and working as a PR and Head of Digital Marketing at Montserrat Messeguer, I see and try to communicate that this is a business that requires many bold minds to run it. I love being part of a team where the majority of these minds are women ; the pace at which you need to act to grow and sustain a business can only be achieved by people as brave and prepared to lead as Montserrat.
