Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped through carriers with standard service. We choose the most convenient option in time and cost for each destination.

Shipments within Mexico have an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days from the moment they leave our warehouse. In some cases, delivery time may vary depending on the carrier.

You can also pick up your order directly at our stores, located at:

International Shipping

International orders can take up to one week from the moment they leave our warehouse, depending on the carrier and on the logistics and customs processes of the destination country.

All international shipments are made under the Incoterm CPT (Carriage Paid To). This means that, as a company, we cover the cost of transport to the destination airport. From that point on, any tax, duty or customs charge generated in the destination country must be paid by the customer for the release and delivery of their order.

Please keep in mind that each country has its own import, tax and duty regulations. We therefore do not determine or set the taxes payable, as these are established exclusively by the authorities of the destination country.

Once the order arrives at customs, the customer will be subject to the payment of taxes, duties and other applicable charges under the laws in force in the corresponding country. These charges are not included in the price of the products or in the shipping cost.

The customer is responsible for paying these amounts for the release, clearance and final delivery of their order. Montserrat Messeguer has no control over these charges and is not responsible for delays resulting from customs processes.
