Refund policy

At Montserrat Messeguer we offer exchanges within the first 30 calendar days after purchase, including items bought as gifts. Products must be unused, in perfect condition and with their original tags.

We can accept up to 2 exchanges per purchase. For domestic or international exchanges, shipping costs are paid by the customer. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If there is a difference in the customer's favor, it will be issued as a Gift Card. If you would rather not choose another product, a Gift Card will be issued for the amount paid for the item, excluding shipping costs.

Gift Cards are valid for 1 year and can be used in our online store and physical stores.

Products with manufacturing defects may be exchanged within 10 calendar days of delivery, subject to review and approval of the case.
