About the brand

Montserrat Messeguer is a Mexican luxury fashion house founded in 2017 in Mexico City. The signature product is the Botas Jornada line of tall cowboy boots — 100% leather, Goodyear welt construction, hand-embroidered Phoenix Bird (Ave Fénix) motif, handmade in Mexico over 250+ production steps by approximately 50 artisans. The brand also designs leather jackets (chamarras), slip dresses, fringed shirts (camisas flecos), sustainable denim, and a small leather accessories line.

The designer is Montserrat Messeguer (FIT NY, Paris American Academy, Universidad Iberoamericana), daughter of Mexican fashion designer Lydia Lavín, board member of Fashion Group International México and former regional director (2021–2022).
