Exchange and Refund Policy

We accept exchanges, but we do not accept returns. Exchanges can be made within the first 30 calendar days after purchase, even if it was a gift. To exchange any item, it must be in perfect condition and unused. We will accept up to two exchanges, and if you wish to exchange them internationally or domestically, we will not cover shipping costs.

For merchandise with manufacturing defects, we will process applicable exchanges up to 10 calendar days after delivery. Under no circumstances will credit or cash be refunded for the product.
