Montserrat Messeguer is a Mexican fashion brand founded in 2017 in Mexico City by the designer of the same name. Inspired by northern Mexico and cowboy culture, it works with Mexican artisans to make cowboy boots, leather garments, denim and knitwear, and accessories such as belts and hats.   • Founded: 2017, in Mexico City.
  • Founder and designer: Montserrat Messeguer (Mexico City, 1988). She studied Textile Design and a master's in Innovation Management at Universidad Iberoamericana, trained at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and received the Pierre Cardin scholarship to study at the American Academy in Paris.   • Signature product: the Jornada Boots, cowboy boots in 100% leather on the outside, lining and sole, with Goodyear welt construction and the Phoenix (Ave Fénix) embroidery. Boots · Goodyear welt.
  • Made in Mexico: more than 250 processes per pair, from tannery to finishing, and more than 50 artisans. It works with northern techniques such as the Tamaulipas cuera, chiseling and pita embroidery. Made in Mexico.

Shipping & exchanges

Refund policy

At Montserrat Messeguer we offer exchanges within the first 30 calendar days after purchase, including items bought as gifts. Products must be unused, in perfect condition and with their original tags.

We can accept up to 3 exchanges per purchase. For domestic or international exchanges, shipping costs are paid by the customer. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If there is a difference in the customer's favor, it will be issued as a Gift Card. If you would rather not choose another product, a Gift Card will be issued for the amount paid for the item, excluding shipping costs.

Gift Cards are valid for 1 year and can be used in our online store and physical stores.

Products with manufacturing defects may be exchanged within 10 calendar days of delivery, subject to review and approval of the case.

Shipping policy


Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped through carriers with standard service. We choose the most convenient option in time and cost for each destination.

Shipments within Mexico have an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days from the moment they leave our warehouse, except extended zones. In some cases, delivery time may vary depending on the carrier.

You can also pick up your order directly at our stores, located at:

International Shipping

International orders have an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days from the moment they leave our warehouse, depending on the carrier and on the logistics and customs processes of the destination country.

All international shipments are made under the Incoterm CPT (Carriage Paid To). This means that, as a company, we cover the cost of transport to the destination airport. From that point on, any tax, duty or customs charge generated in the destination country must be paid by the customer for the release and delivery of their order.

Please keep in mind that each country has its own import, tax and duty regulations. We therefore do not determine or set the taxes payable, as these are established exclusively by the authorities of the destination country.

Once the order arrives at customs, the customer will be subject to the payment of taxes, duties and other applicable charges under the laws in force in the corresponding country. These charges are not included in the price of the products or in the shipping cost.

The customer is responsible for paying these amounts for the release, clearance and final delivery of their order. Montserrat Messeguer has no control over these charges and is not responsible for delays resulting from customs processes.
